A clear look through the Downtown Police Headquarters frame
4102 Orange Street, Riverside, CA
There's a brief stage in a steel build when the whole structure is easy to read. At 4102 Orange Street, the open bays, floor joists, temporary stairs, and crane made that moment worth stopping for. We liked how much these three views explain without needing a long caption.

Mission Place, open enough to read
Old Mission Road at El Camino Real, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675
What stood out to us at Mission Place was how clearly the whole build could be read at once. Across the corner of Old Mission Road and El Camino Real, exposed wood framing, broad deck surfaces and concrete columns formed a sharp, temporary pattern, the kind of moment that will look completely different once the exterior closes in.

Steel, concrete and the channel at San Juan Creek
LOSSAN Orange Subdivision Milepost 197.9 over San Juan Creek, near the I-5/Camino Capistrano interchange and immediately east of Descanso Park, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675
When we captured these views on August 27, 2026, what stood out was how much of the work could be understood in one look. The steel crossing, freestanding concrete supports, cranes, graded channel floor and nearby roads create a layered scene that felt worth preserving.

A layered waterfront view at Dana Point Harbor
24800 Dana Point Harbor Drive, Dana Point, CA 92629
What stood out to us on August 21 was how much this single view held at once: broad concrete areas, open earth, upright structural elements, and the marina immediately beyond. That contrast made the moment worth photographing—it gives the work a clear sense of place without losing the details on the ground.
